What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture and document product requirements.
• Visualize complex concepts through technical designs, system workflows, and user journeys.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Own and prioritize the team's backlog of user stories.
• Collaborate with engineers and QA to refine product requirements and define acceptance criteria.
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency between business and engineering units.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or a technical BA role.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management and solution validation.
• Strong ability to produce comprehensive technical documentation.
• Deep understanding and practical application of Agile principles.
• Experience with APIs, web services, and web-based software projects.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking for solving complex business problems.
