What you will do

• Bridge the gap between business partners and technical teams to identify needs and articulate technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and functional designs for cloud-native systems.
• Support the optimization of back-end services, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Document product features, workflows, and operational manuals with a focus on security and performance.
• Facilitate workshops to convert technical business needs into actionable project plans.
• Coach and mentor team members on technical products and project management lifecycles.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication for effective engagement with global clients and stakeholders.
• Strong technical background in analyzing and conveying complex requirements to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with back-end development, APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project tracking tools.
• Must be based in Brazil.
