What you will do

• Supervise a diverse team of hourly and salaried employees across receiving, in-process, final inspection, and NDT functions.
• Develop and implement robust career development plans and cross-training for subordinate leadership staff.
• Establish, advocate for, and refine critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all quality inspection functions.
• Drive strategic enhancements by incorporating industry-leading automated inspection capabilities and AI for electronic and mechanical hardware.
• Facilitate and provide leadership support during internal and external Quality Audits (AS9100D, Customer, Government).
• Collaborate with operations quality managers, engineers, and value stream leadership to ensure procurement adheres to contractual requirements.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required due to U.S. Government contractual requirements.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality-centric roles.
• Proficient knowledge of First Article Inspection reports compliant with AS9100D and industry standards.
• Experience with Lean operations principles and CAPA problem-solving methodologies.
• BS Degree in a related field or comparable work experience.
• Prior experience in leadership roles is strongly preferred.
