Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 plus bonus and benefits

What you will do

• Build a QMS system architecture based on the organizational structure.
• Organize internal quality system audits and management reviews.
• Identify trends and potential issues and propose preventive measures to reduce risks.
• Organize root cause analysis of quality issues, promote and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures.
• Develop standard inspection guidelines.
• Maintain clear records of all quality activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering in manufacturing industry, with priority given to those with experience in battery or automotive battery industry.
• Proficient in quality tools, especially in APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA. Better if familiar with VDA6.3
