What you will do

• Own and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including procedures, specifications, and document control.
• Supervise and develop the Quality team, managing daily priorities and training.
• Establish inspection plans and quality controls for incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
• Lead nonconformance management, CAPA processes, and root cause analysis to prevent defect recurrence.
• Manage supplier quality requirements and drive supplier corrective actions (SCAR) in partnership with Purchasing.
• Develop quality metrics, trend reporting, and statistical tools to monitor performance and drive improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Brunswick, Maine.
• 5+ years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of QMS systems, quality documentation, and inspection controls.
• Experience leading CAPA and supplier corrective action processes (SCAR).
• Proficiency with inspection methods, measurement tools, and calibration practices.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
