What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements ensuring compliance with policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide practical, risk-calibrated advice on deal structures.
• Maintain a comprehensive contract database including key terms and obligations.
• Develop and improve contracting processes, templates, and enablement tools for scalability.
• Deliver training to legal and cross-functional teams on contracting tools to increase independence on routine matters.
• Manage and enhance AI tools integrated within the contracting workflow.

Requirements

• Extensive experience negotiating high-volume SaaS agreements in support of sales teams.
• Proven experience reviewing vendor agreements.
• Proficiency with Ironclad, Salesforce, and AI tools for contract management.
• Bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate live with customers and vendors.
