What you will do
- Serve as the primary IT point of contact for North America during US working hours.
- Manage identity and access (Okta), endpoint tools (Jamf, Intune), and SaaS productivity suites.
- Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding for the region.
- Identify and eliminate manual toil through scripting, workflow tools, and AI implementation.
- Partner with GTM, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to improve regional technology experience.
- Oversee SaaS license tracking, cost optimization, and IT asset inventory.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT engineering or infrastructure support.
- Strong expertise with Okta (SSO, SCIM, lifecycle management).
- Proficiency with Jamf (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows).
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian tools.
- Must be based in Mexico to support the North American region.
- Automation-first mindset with a bias toward fixing root causes.
Nice to have
- GitHub administration and access control experience.
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or JavaScript to build integrations.
- Experience with AI-powered workflows for IT operations.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
