What you will do

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for North America during US working hours.
• Manage identity and access (Okta), endpoint tools (Jamf, Intune), and SaaS productivity suites.
• Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding for the region.
• Identify and eliminate manual toil through scripting, workflow tools, and AI implementation.
• Partner with GTM, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders to improve regional technology experience.
• Oversee SaaS license tracking, cost optimization, and IT asset inventory.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT engineering or infrastructure support.
• Strong expertise with Okta (SSO, SCIM, lifecycle management).
• Proficiency with Jamf (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows).
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Atlassian tools.
• Must be based in Mexico to support the North American region.
• Automation-first mindset with a bias toward fixing root causes.

Nice to have

• GitHub administration and access control experience.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or JavaScript to build integrations.
• Experience with AI-powered workflows for IT operations.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
