What you will do

• Manage the tool stack lifecycle (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana) and monitor environments including Kinsta, Cloudflare, and Heroku.
• Oversee the Jira Service Management queue for onboarding, offboarding, and daily technical support.
• Lead mid-to-large scale technical projects, such as system migrations and security audits, from conception to completion.
• Implement and scale responsible AI assistants for documentation search, service desk support, and knowledge management.
• Collaborate on ecosystem governance to audit platforms for security vulnerabilities and algorithmic bias.
• Manage hardware procurement and track assets across a diverse partner network.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3-5 years of experience in high-level System Administration or IT Management.
• Proven track record of managing technical projects and supporting remote teams.
• Deep knowledge of Google-centric environments, database management, and Javascript applications.
• Strong commitment to social change and anti-racist practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (preferred).

Nice to have

• Certifications: Google Workspace Administrator, CompTIA A+, Project+, or Security+.
• Background in software development.
