What you will do
- Resolve IT support requests from distributed team members quickly, clearly, and empathetically.
- Administer core SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana at admin level.
- Own full employee IT lifecycle including provisioning, access management, and offboarding.
- Proactively automate repetitive processes using scripting, n8n, or AI tools.
- Manage vendor relationships, software renewals, and document all processes.
- Standardize device provisioning and MDM enrollment for security and asset tracking.
Requirements
- 4+ years hands-on IT support or operations experience, ideally in startup/scale-up or remote-first environment.
- Admin-level experience with SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Okta, Slack.
- Bias toward automation with basic scripting, APIs, and webhooks knowledge.
- Practical experience using AI tools in workflows.
- Clear, friendly, async-first communication for remote support.
- High autonomy to build processes independently.
