What you will do

• Resolve IT support requests from distributed team members quickly, clearly, and empathetically.
• Administer core SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana at admin level.
• Own full employee IT lifecycle including provisioning, access management, and offboarding.
• Proactively automate repetitive processes using scripting, n8n, or AI tools.
• Manage vendor relationships, software renewals, and document all processes.
• Standardize device provisioning and MDM enrollment for security and asset tracking.

Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on IT support or operations experience, ideally in startup/scale-up or remote-first environment.
• Admin-level experience with SaaS tools like Google Workspace, Okta, Slack.
• Bias toward automation with basic scripting, APIs, and webhooks knowledge.
• Practical experience using AI tools in workflows.
• Clear, friendly, async-first communication for remote support.
• High autonomy to build processes independently.
