Focus on A/B testing, performance analysis, data-driven optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive engagement, satisfaction, conversion, and loyalty.

Location: Remote or in-office in Dallas, Texas (nationwide US team)

What you will do

  • Design and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies for targeted communications.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and Analytics teams to align strategies with business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use data insights to optimize results and grow the customer base.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Maintain understanding of customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience in lifecycle marketing, campaign management, and multi-channel execution.
  • Strong skills in customer segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
