What you will do
- Design and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies for targeted communications.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, and Analytics teams to align strategies with business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and use data insights to optimize results and grow the customer base.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve effectiveness and customer experience.
- Maintain understanding of customer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in lifecycle marketing, campaign management, and multi-channel execution.
- Strong skills in customer segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup environment.
