What you will do
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to activate new contacts in existing accounts and drive upsell through outbound outreach.
- Plan and execute high-impact customer engagements including events, roundtables, and virtual experiences to deepen relationships.
- Lead 1:1 ABM workshops using platform data to deliver client insights and support expansion conversations.
- Align with cross-functional teams on expansion priorities, target accounts, and go-to-market plans.
- Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, campaign performance, and revenue impact.
Requirements
- 3β4 years in customer marketing, field marketing, event organization, or related with outbound tactics experience.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and content creation for customer campaigns.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, data-driven with campaign analysis skills.
- Familiarity with email tools like Hubspot and CRM like Salesforce.
- Collaborative self-starter able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
