TL;DR

Customer & Event Marketing Manager: Driving customer-focused initiatives aimed at strengthening engagement and revenue growth within existing client base with an accent on event strategy and relationship building. Focus on expanding networks and acquiring new contacts, developing campaigns, managing execution of events and workshops, and measuring results tied to upsell pipeline.

Location: Full-remote, applicants must be based in UK or Spain and have a work permit to be considered.

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to activate new contacts in existing accounts and drive upsell through outbound outreach.
  • Plan and execute high-impact customer engagements including events, roundtables, and virtual experiences to deepen relationships.
  • Lead 1:1 ABM workshops using platform data to deliver client insights and support expansion conversations.
  • Align with cross-functional teams on expansion priorities, target accounts, and go-to-market plans.
  • Track, analyze, and report on engagement metrics, campaign performance, and revenue impact.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years in customer marketing, field marketing, event organization, or related with outbound tactics experience.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and content creation for customer campaigns.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, data-driven with campaign analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with email tools like Hubspot and CRM like Salesforce.
  • Collaborative self-starter able to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
