TL;DR

Senior Business Consultant (Fintech): Partnering with implementation engineers and project managers to translate business requirements into digital banking solutions with an accent on solution design and risk mitigation. Focus on bridging the gap between business intent and technical delivery while guiding clients through implementation tradeoffs.

Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX). Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

What you will do

  • Partner with implementation engineers and project managers to deliver digital banking implementations.
  • Translate business intent into implementable and supportable solution approaches.
  • Lead solution discussions, identifying gaps and dependencies to prevent downstream delivery issues.
  • Collaborate with sales, systems engineering, and product teams to align expectations and shape feasible approaches.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client executive staff regarding timing, functionality, and back-office requirements.
  • Mentor project managers and train implementation resources in product expertise and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management or the Financial Services industry, including a consultative role.
  • Experience with enterprise software deployment architecture and methodologies.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
  • Fluent written and oral communication in English.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
