Salary: $151,000 - $250,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute a risk-based Internal Audit plan focusing on AI, cybersecurity, privacy, and cloud governance.
- Establish a scalable resourcing strategy, managing a co-sourced audit model and internal talent acquisition.
- Oversee operational, financial, compliance, and technology audits, specifically for automation-heavy and AI-enabled processes.
- Lead the planning and coordination of SOC 2 examinations, from readiness to final report delivery.
- Provide oversight and independent assurance for the annual SOX compliance program and ICFR environment.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and report risk trends and audit results to the ARCC.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to work from Morristown, NJ, Austin, TX, or San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive internal audit, external audit, or risk assurance experience.
- Extensive experience in P&C insurance or reinsurance; Insurtech or fintech experience strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of SEC reporting requirements and public company ICFR expectations.
