Salary: $100,000 to $130,000

What you will do

• Research, draft, maintain, and publish enterprise-wide risk policies, standards, procedures, and job aids aligned to business processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts to update policies, manage exceptions, and document compensating controls.
• Develop methodologies to identify, assess, monitor, and control operational risks.
• Support risk governance committees, risk appetite statements, and educational efforts to promote risk awareness.
• Maintain risk registers, develop key risk indicators, and oversee risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare risk reports for senior management, board committees, and regulators.

Requirements

• 7-9 years of relevant experience in operational and enterprise risk management within FinTech or financial services
• Bachelor's degree required, master’s degree preferred
• Proven ability to navigate complex business problems, ideally from Big 4 consulting or similar
• Extensive knowledge of operational risk, enterprise risk management, internal controls, audit, and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with management, executives, and governance boards

Nice to have

• Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP), Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or equivalent
