What you will do

• Communicate financial performance, plans, and targets across various levels of the organization.
• Analyze and investigate deviations in program budgets and perform detailed program reviews.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic and operational initiatives.
• Partner with accounting, supply chain, and program management to develop and monitor budgets.
• Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities to move the business forward.
• Apply the hirify.global Business System (RBS) for continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required per ITAR regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a similar field.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or as a financial analyst.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling or data analytics.
• Knowledge of GAAP and government accounting preferred.
• High level of attention to detail in reporting, forecasting, and planning.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI.
• Experience within a manufacturing background or understanding of factory operations.
