Senior Analyst, FP&A (Renewable Energy)

Location: US, Louisville, CO

Salary: $83,000–$99,450 per year, plus annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead monthly EBITDA and CAFD forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range financial planning for an assigned portfolio of operating renewable energy assets.
• Build and maintain financial models for portfolio performance tracking, scenario analysis, and identification of financial risks and opportunities.
• Own quarterly bondholder and lender deliverables, prepare investor-ready variance narratives, and respond to external financial inquiries.
• Coordinate quarterly Board meetings, including materials, logistics, follow-up, and executive-quality presentations.
• Support tax equity buyouts, joint venture sell-downs, asset-level transactions, financial due diligence, and transaction closings.
• Collaborate with asset management, operations, treasury, finance, legal, senior leadership, and external partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, project finance, or a related financial analysis role.
• Experience preparing investor- or lender-facing financial deliverables.
• Strong Excel financial modeling skills and experience with SAP, BPC, Anaplan, or comparable planning tools.
• Knowledge of GAAP across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
• Fluent English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or real assets sector.
• Familiarity with project finance structures, joint ventures, or bond and lender reporting.
