What you will do

• Lead monthly EBITDA and CAFD forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range financial planning for assigned assets.
• Draft investor-ready financial narratives and variance analysis for lenders and institutional partners.
• Maintain and optimize complex financial models for portfolio performance tracking and scenario analysis.
• Coordinate quarterly Board meetings and prepare executive-quality financial presentations.
• Support strategic transactions including tax equity buyouts, JV sell-downs, and financial due diligence.
• Collaborate with asset management, operations, and treasury to drive financial performance and transparency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, project finance, or related financial analysis.
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel and experience with SAP, BPC, or Anaplan.
• Solid grounding in GAAP across income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Demonstrated experience preparing investor- or lender-facing financial deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.

• Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or real assets sector.
• Familiarity with project finance structures, joint ventures, or bond/lender reporting.
