What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic joint business plans with high-value partners to maximize revenue.
  • Drive the acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and manage opportunities within the partner's pipeline to ensure successful deal closure.
  • Set and track data-backed KPIs to monitor partner performance and provide actionable feedback.
  • Provide partners with necessary tools, training, and sales enablement support.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute joint campaigns and drive demand for hirify.global solutions.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and B2B sales.
  • Proven expertise in negotiating and managing strategic partner accounts for mutual growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM and BI tools, specifically Salesforce, for tracking and forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US jurisdiction without requiring employer sponsorship.
