What you will do

• Lead the GoNoCo34 TMO, managing day-to-day operations and reporting to the Board of Directors.
• Recruit new members from large employers, residential communities, and mixed-use developments.
• Develop and implement transportation services for parking management, transit, bicycling, and carpooling.
• Represent the TMO to regional stakeholders and sponsorship partners to ensure financial sustainability.
• Manage budgets, annual workplans, and grant applications.
• Support broader hirify.global consulting projects through research, data analysis, and report writing.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in transportation planning, urban planning, marketing, or public relations.
• Strong knowledge of multi-modal transportation choices and engagement strategies.
• Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must possess a personal vehicle for outreach and meetings.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship is mandatory.
