What you will do
- Build and maintain relationships with employers, industry groups, and community partners throughout Florida.
- Lead employer recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement to expand program reach.
- Plan and deliver in-person and virtual traffic safety trainings and workshops applying adult learning principles.
- Coordinate training logistics and maintain accurate records of employer engagement and program activities.
- Partner with the Program Coordinator to support grant compliance and reporting processes.
- Manage outreach and training activities to align with program goals and timelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in training, outreach, community engagement, or safety programs (or 6+ years of relevant experience).
- Must reside in Florida or within close proximity for the duration of employment.
- Demonstrated experience delivering presentations or facilitating adult learning (in-person and/or virtual).
- Ability to independently plan and prioritize work in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
