What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Business Development Representatives to exceed targets.
• Develop and implement strategic outbound sales initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
• Analyze team performance metrics to optimize outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute targeted multichannel campaigns.
• Directly engage key prospects through calls, emails, and social media.
• Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in business development or sales.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Must have a proven track record of generating leads and contributing to revenue growth.
• Experience in a SaaS or technical sales environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
