What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analysis and documentation of core Fleet Ops workflows using BPMN.
• Drive structured improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC, Kaizen) to increase efficiency and throughput.
• Standardize operations and eliminate non-value-adding activities across global test networks.
• Implement SLAs, SOPs, and RACI matrices to ensure repeatable high-quality delivery.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards using SQL to monitor process performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to automate repetitive operational tasks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement or operational excellence in complex environments (tech, robotics, or logistics).
• Certification or equivalent experience in running high-impact continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deep proficiency in workflow mapping, BPMN, and process standardization.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and dashboard creation.
• Ability to travel internationally up to 40% of the time.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Sunnyvale office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience in autonomous systems, robotics, or field operations.
• Knowledge of process mining tools like Celonis or UiPath.
