What you will do

  • Define and own strategic partnership roadmaps for key clients, aligning business objectives with company growth.
  • Act as the executive-level relationship owner, building C-level trust and positioning the company as a strategic partner.
  • Lead complex, high-value deal cycles end-to-end, including the negotiation of multi-million, multi-year agreements.
  • Take full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts, focusing on revenue growth, margin optimization, and financial risk.
  • Drive account growth by identifying white-space opportunities, cross-sell/upsell initiatives, and new business models.
  • Implement structured account governance frameworks, including executive business reviews (EBRs) and risk management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of account or partnerships management experience specifically within the gamedev industry.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development in High-tech or Gamedev.
  • Four-year university degree.
  • Ability to work professionally with all levels of individuals, both internally and externally.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with strong attention to detail and flexibility.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Pack.
