What you will do

• Own and evolve the hirify.global One Developer Portal, including the public wiki and GitHub repositories.
• Translate internal technical context and engineering discussions into clear, accessible public documentation and updates.
• Moderate community contributions, pull requests, and discussions to maintain a productive environment.
• Act as a bridge between the community and development teams, collecting feedback and providing guidance.
• Ensure the portal remains structured, accurate, and serves as a high-quality entry point for developers.

Requirements

• Ability to write clear, concise technical guides, READMEs, and documentation without fluff.
• Basic understanding of software/hardware development workflows, including Git, branches, and pull requests.
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics and visualize them using flowchart sketches.
• Strong communication skills for extracting key points from chaotic technical discussions.
• Proficiency in both Russian and English for internal and external communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in DevRel, technical writing, or community operations.
• Familiarity with open-source culture and hardware projects.
• Ability to navigate topics across electronics, interfaces, and product architecture.
