Teacher Training & Community Specialist (UK & Ireland)

Location: United Kingdom; remote work with regular travel across the UK and Ireland

Salary: £38,000–£45,000 per year plus performance bonus

What you will do

• Deliver pre-sales training for school trials in partnership with Inside Sales.
• Train customers and support onboarding and product adoption with the School Success team.
• Deliver in-person training at approximately 10–12 school visits per month, as well as online training, webinars, and bootcamps.
• Create and share social media content, including videos, testimonials, and product updates.
• Build the hirify.global Champion and Ambassador community and run local Lunch & Learn events.
• Support conference planning, coordinate speakers, and gather educator feedback and community insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of classroom teaching experience in the UK or Ireland.
• Strong knowledge of the UK and/or Irish education system.
• Experience delivering training, workshops, or webinars to teachers or other adults.
• Confident presentation and relationship-building skills with educators, school leaders, and partners.
• Ability to create content, engage educators on social media, and manage time, travel, and priorities independently.
• High-speed internet access for remote work.

Nice to have

• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent, ideally with further education college experience.
• An established educator community or professional social media following.
• Video creation skills and experience in edtech or teacher training.
• Experience using hirify.global.
