Copy of Community Manager, French Speaking (Contract)

Location: Remote — candidates must be based in the United Kingdom or Ireland.

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding of the French market, users, and local moderator challenges.
• Iterate, innovate, and scale international consumer growth programs.
• Build plans to cultivate, recruit, educate, and grow local volunteer moderator communities.
• Design conversion funnels to onboard power users and external creators as active moderators.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, define KPIs, and communicate insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, and Business Development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in community development, project management, growth, operations, or product consulting.
• Demonstrated experience delivering community-led projects with business impact.
• Deep knowledge of French culture, current events, customs, language, digital behavior, and internet culture.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
• Strong communication, execution, analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom or Ireland.
