Community Associate

What you will do

• Build and moderate a welcoming, inclusive online community for customers and members.
• Coordinate customer and partner event promotion with Customer Marketing.
• Curate and publish product tutorials, release updates, and customer engagement content.
• Create engagement programs including use cases, ideation sessions, user groups, and product research.
• Route unanswered questions to Product, Support, Customer Success, or community subject-matter experts.
• Analyze community feedback and activity, report outcomes, and use insights to improve programs, products, and member experience.

Requirements

• Preferably 1–2 years of experience managing a global B2B online community.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments, cultures, and time zones.
• Proactive, driven, and able to multitask.
• Experience reporting engagement, case-deflection, or advocacy metrics using native platform analytics tools.

Nice to have

• Interest in robotic process automation, agentic artificial intelligence, and process automation.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade community forum and customer success platforms.
• Working knowledge of developer and technical audiences.
