What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end production process for digital and print assets, including timeline setting and budget tracking.
• Supervise the in-house creative team from briefing through delivery and post-production evaluation.
• Drive creative development for key visuals, social media assets, eCommerce banners, and sizzle reels.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand standards and corporate identity guidelines.
• Manage the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns and analyze performance data to optimize future briefs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Brand, Sports, Culture, and Media House teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of creative experience, preferably within an agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional work experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on video production.
• Exceptional planning, prioritization, and project management skills.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
