TL;DR
Campaign Manager (Ad Operations): Manage digital advertising programs and implementations ensuring 100% delivery and invoicing of assigned campaigns with an accent on trafficking, pacing, optimization, and KPI monitoring. Focus on troubleshooting issues, client communication, vendor coordination, reporting, and month-end billing.
Hybrid in New York City, Chicago, or Los Angeles (minimum 3 days/week in office)
$70,000 - $75,000 per year

What you will do
- Work with clients to ensure delivery of all creative assets to spec
- Manage post-sale client communication and outsourced vendor support
- Handle daily trafficking, pacing, and optimization of campaigns
- Troubleshoot and resolve advertising issues while monitoring advertiser KPIs
- Provide screenshot decks, weekly reporting, and post-campaign wrap-up data
- Manage month-end billing and reconciliation with internal teams
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in AdOps campaign management/support in advertising/online media (video ad experience a strong plus)
- Experience with Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, Operative, or Booster a strong plus
- Must multi-task multiple projects, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and accountability
