What you will do

• Recruit and activate high‑potential AWS partners across New Zealand.
• Manage end‑to‑end partner onboarding, from initial setup to scaling workloads.
• Build and maintain a qualified partner‑led pipeline (3–5×).
• Develop joint business plans, including targets and scorecards for priority partners.
• Coordinate partner enablement through training, certifications, and AWS sales plays.
• Utilize AWS programs (MAP, OLA, Marketplace) to drive migration and growth.

Requirements

• Proven business development experience within the NZ or ANZ technology markets.
• Strong experience in AWS channel ecosystems, preferably in distribution or two‑tier models.
• Success in recruiting and scaling MSPs, resellers, and ISVs.
• Knowledge of AWS programs such as MAP, OLA, and AWS Marketplace.
• Strong discipline in commercial forecasting and pipeline management.
• Willingness to travel across New Zealand.
