What you will do
- Act as primary day-to-day contact for assigned wholesale and channel partners, building trusted relationships through regular check-ins.
- Support partners through quoting, order placement, and commercial clarification, maintaining accurate records in CRM.
- Track orders from acceptance through provisioning and handover, coordinating across sales, engineering, and support teams.
- Proactively manage issues to prevent escalations, owning follow-up actions and communicating progress to partners.
- Drive channel sales quota by growing partner revenue, retention, and reducing churn.
- Provide feedback on processes and contribute to continuous improvement of partner tooling.
Requirements
- Experience in a partner, wholesale, or B2B service and sales environment.
- Based in Auckland, NZ
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management capability.
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
Nice to have
- Experience in telco, managed services, cloud, or network environments.
- Familiarity with CRM and service delivery platforms.
- Understanding of wholesale or channel operating models.
