What you will do
- Manage full-cycle sales process: lead qualification, technical discovery, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify and develop long-term partnerships with key accounts across ANZ.
- Maintain sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead handling.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Provide expert guidance on manufacturing processes like CNC and 3D printing.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers for accurate quotes and engage stakeholders from engineering to C-suite.
- Deliver presentations at meetings and trade shows; track market trends.
- Travel domestically as required for key accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years corporate sales experience, including 2+ years selling technical products/services
- Proven track record in Australian and New Zealand markets
- Strong negotiation and commercial acumen.
- Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- High proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce/HubSpot and modern sales methodologies.
Nice to have
- Experience in Engineering or Manufacturing.
- Background in Mining, Cleantech, or Renewable Energy sectors.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
