What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of high-level site visits for government officials, military representatives, and investors.
• Coordinate end-to-end visitor programs including agendas, security coordination, transport, and executive briefings.
• Manage international defense and technology exhibitions such as ILA, DSEI, and MSC.
• Oversee booth operations, hospitality formats, and side events in collaboration with Marketing and Brand teams.
• Manage external vendors, logistics, and production for receptors, dinners, and closed-door gatherings.
• Build scalable operational structures for recurring visits and maintain structured post-event reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in events, executive operations, protocol, or stakeholder management.
• Proven experience coordinating high-level delegations or government-facing engagements.
• Fluent in German and English (excellent written and verbal communication).
• Experience within defense, security, aerospace, or government environments is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently to support international engagements.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving and high-pressure environments.
