Salary: $100k–$120k base + $100k–$120k commission ($220k OTE)

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, scoping, and closing new business for HR consulting and Executive Search services.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline targeting HR, Talent Acquisition, and C-suite leaders.
- Develop strategic partnerships with HR tech providers, benefits brokers, and consultants to drive referrals.
- Consult with clients to define leadership gaps, search strategies, and success criteria for executive-level hiring.
- Collaborate with Search & Delivery teams to create tailored, insights-driven proposals for C-level, VP, and Director roles.
- Cross-sell recruiting support solutions, including project-based recruiting and TA advisory.
Requirements
- Must be based in one of the approved US states: FL, CO, IL, MA, NH, RI, ME, CT, GA, SC, NC, TX.
- Proven experience in full-cycle sales within HR consulting or Executive Search.
- Ability to engage and influence C-suite and senior executive stakeholders in mid-market and enterprise environments.
- Expertise in prospecting, market mapping, and pipeline management.
- Strong understanding of contingent, retained, and interim leadership search models.
