What you will do
- Own and administer the CaptivateIQ commissions platform end-to-end, including configuration and maintenance.
- Lead the end-to-end commission calculation process to ensure accurate and timely payouts.
- Execute sales incentive plans, including quota loading, accelerator configurations, and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards for sales leadership within the commissions platform.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all compensation-related inquiries and dispute resolution.
- Leverage AI tools to improve calculation accuracy and reduce manual errors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading sales compensation and commissions administration.
- Deep expertise in CaptivateIQ or comparable tools such as Xactly or Spiff.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for accessing and interpreting sales data.
- Proven experience building scalable compensation processes in a hyper-growth SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated AI fluency to streamline administration and mitigate errors.
