TL;DR

Sales Compensation Manager (Finance/Sales Ops): Designing and administering incentive compensation plans for the GTM organization with an accent on global consistency, data quality, and processing accuracy. Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX). Must be based in or near Austin, TX

What you will do

  • Support the design, rollout, and ongoing administration of sales compensation programs, including quota and territory alignment.
  • Manage end-to-end sales commission operations, including calculations, validations, reconciliations, and payout preparation.
  • Build dashboards and analytical models to track quota attainment, commission payouts, and performance trends.
  • Maintain and develop the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform, including configuration and reporting automation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance, and Accounting to ensure data integrity across Salesforce and compensation tools.
  • Resolve inquiries and disputes from compensation plan participants.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sales compensation program support and administration.
  • Proficiency with sales compensation tools such as Xactly, Callidus, or Performio.
  • Advanced analytical skills, commercial acumen, and strong attention to detail.
  • Must be based in or near Austin, TX.
  • Authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization.

Nice to have

  • Expertise or deep experience with Xactly.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
