What you will do
- Support the design, rollout, and ongoing administration of sales compensation programs, including quota and territory alignment.
- Manage end-to-end sales commission operations, including calculations, validations, reconciliations, and payout preparation.
- Build dashboards and analytical models to track quota attainment, commission payouts, and performance trends.
- Maintain and develop the Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform, including configuration and reporting automation.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance, and Accounting to ensure data integrity across Salesforce and compensation tools.
- Resolve inquiries and disputes from compensation plan participants.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in sales compensation program support and administration.
- Proficiency with sales compensation tools such as Xactly, Callidus, or Performio.
- Advanced analytical skills, commercial acumen, and strong attention to detail.
- Must be based in or near Austin, TX.
- Authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent basis without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization.

- Expertise or deep experience with Xactly.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
