Program Specialist, Employee Engagement (HR): Designing and implementing global employee recognition programs to foster a high-performing culture with an accent on intentional listening and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on optimizing existing recognition initiatives, tracking program success, and integrating AI to elevate HR practices.
Location: Hybrid. Local employees in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, and Sydney are expected to be in the office at least twice per week.
Salary: $73,100 – $98,900 CAD

What you will do
- Champion core values and the mission to transform the legal experience for all.
- Design and implement recognition programs that reflect a human and high-performing culture.
- Optimize existing programs (e.g., work anniversaries, annual awards) and introduce innovative global recognition initiatives.
- Partner with internal communications, workplace experience, and total rewards teams for seamless execution.
- Track, evaluate, and provide data-driven insights on the success of recognition programs.
- Research best practices in employee recognition to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in driving employee recognition programs.
- Proven experience supporting company growth and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
- Demonstrated interest in using AI to elevate professional craft.
