Location: Hybrid. Local employees in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City, and Sydney are expected to be in the office at least twice per week.

Salary: $73,100 – $98,900 CAD

• Partner with internal communications, workplace experience, and total rewards teams for seamless execution.
• Track, evaluate, and provide data-driven insights on the success of recognition programs.
• Research best practices in employee recognition to stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in driving employee recognition programs.
• Proven experience supporting company growth and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
• Demonstrated interest in using AI to elevate professional craft.
