TL;DR

People Business Partner Intern (HR): Supporting the PBP team in managing the full HR lifecycle for tech-heavy organizations with an accent on employee touchpoints, data maintenance, and process documentation. Focus on improving the team member experience and supporting performance cycles in a fully distributed environment.

Location: Remote (USA, Canada, UK, or Spain). Americas hours overlap required.

What you will do

  • Support the PBP team across the full HR lifecycle including onboarding and performance cycles.
  • Provide dedicated support to organizational units, specifically within the tech teams.
  • Maintain HR system data and generate reports to assist in decision-making.
  • Document and track HR processes, coaching conversations, and role changes.
  • Contribute to team projects, build internal resources, and research policy questions.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving pieces.
  • Clear and professional written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle extremely sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
  • Genuine curiosity and desire to build a career in HR and people operations.
  • Must be based in the USA, Canada, UK, or Spain.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Rippling.
  • Prior experience in HR.
  • Experience working within a distributed team.
