What you will do

• Lead and develop the Account Management team, setting vision, goals, and high-performance culture
• Own retention and growth targets across employer groups
• Build and refine scalable processes, tools, and systems for a growing book of business
• Serve as senior client-facing leader with brokers and HR decision-makers
• Partner cross-functionally to drive automation and self-service capabilities
• Track and report key performance metrics to senior leadership; support market expansion

Requirements

• 8+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar in insurance/healthcare; 4+ years in leadership
• Deep familiarity with employer group health insurance
• Track record managing employer relationships and broker partnerships
• Systems-level thinking to build scalable solutions
• Strong client-facing energy, team leadership, analytical skills, and communication
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related
