What you will do
- Lead and scale UI engineering teams delivering enterprise-grade customer-facing applications.
- Define and evolve frontend architecture strategy using React, JavaScript/TypeScript for multi-tenant experiences.
- Partner with backend, platform, and AI teams for seamless integration and AI-powered user experiences.
- Champion AI-assisted development practices, modern tooling, and engineering best practices.
- Build, mentor engineering managers and senior engineers while establishing a strong engineering culture.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to influence roadmaps and ensure actionable requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership
- Proven experience leading UI or full-stack teams on large-scale enterprise products
- Deep expertise in modern frontend with React, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong system design and integration with distributed backends (Node.js, Java, Python)
- Experience in fast-paced platform environments and cross-organizational execution
- Excellent communication skills to influence at all levels

- Experience setting quality standards via automated testing and CI/CD
