What you will do

• Lead and scale UI engineering teams delivering enterprise-grade customer-facing applications.
• Define and evolve frontend architecture strategy using React, JavaScript/TypeScript for multi-tenant experiences.
• Partner with backend, platform, and AI teams for seamless integration and AI-powered user experiences.
• Champion AI-assisted development practices, modern tooling, and engineering best practices.
• Build, mentor engineering managers and senior engineers while establishing a strong engineering culture.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to influence roadmaps and ensure actionable requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership
• Proven experience leading UI or full-stack teams on large-scale enterprise products
• Deep expertise in modern frontend with React, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong system design and integration with distributed backends (Node.js, Java, Python)
• Experience in fast-paced platform environments and cross-organizational execution
• Excellent communication skills to influence at all levels
