What you will do

• Lead and scale UI engineering teams delivering customer-facing enterprise applications.
• Define frontend architecture for large-scale, multi-tenant, persona-based experiences using React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Partner with backend, platform, cloud services, and AI teams to integrate distributed services, APIs, and AI infrastructure.
• Deliver AI-powered and agent-assisted workflows that make advanced AI capabilities intuitive and trustworthy.
• Build, mentor, and develop engineering managers and senior engineers.
• Partner with Product and Design to shape roadmaps and turn requirements into production-ready experiences.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership.
• Experience leading UI or full-stack teams developing large-scale, customer-facing enterprise products.
• Deep expertise in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of system design and integration with distributed backend services using Node.js, Java, or Python.
• Experience leading multiple teams and executing across organizational boundaries.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, quality standards, and engineering best practices.
