Location: Hybrid remote in USA (ideal: Eastern SD or Western MN), approximately 40% travel required.

What you will do
- Assess customer needs and develop tailored account and territory strategies aligned with company goals.
- Build long-term relationships, provide product recommendations, and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Execute sales plans, deliver presentations, and meet revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and forecast market trends and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and other teams to support customers and drive aligned execution.
- Coach peers and contribute to complex projects beyond your territory.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales and/or key account management experience, preferably in agriculture.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships and growing business in a territory.
- Experience with CRM tools, data-driven decisions, and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems; ability to work independently in a matrixed organization.
Nice to have
- Certified Crop Advisor (CCA), MBA, or advanced degree.
