What you will do

• Develop and maintain multi-tenant SaaS applications for new and existing enterprise capabilities.
• Leverage AI technologies (LLMs, agentic workflows, code generation) to enhance software capabilities and drive automation.
• Collaborate within an agile Scrum team to accelerate the adoption of data-driven software capabilities.
• Contribute to engineering standards and best practices while coaching and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience writing production code.
• 3+ years of experience in frontend (React), backend (Java/Python), or data engineering.
• Experience with microservices, containerized/serverless environments, and AWS with infrastructure-as-code.
• Proven ability to integrate AI-powered solutions into software development workflows.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.

Nice to have

• AWS Cloud Practitioner or Associate Certification.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with data-intensive applications.
• Background in Manufacturing or Aerospace industries.
