What you will do
- Develop and maintain multi-tenant SaaS applications for new and existing enterprise capabilities.
- Leverage AI technologies (LLMs, agentic workflows, code generation) to enhance software capabilities and drive automation.
- Collaborate within an agile Scrum team to accelerate the adoption of data-driven software capabilities.
- Contribute to engineering standards and best practices while coaching and mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of professional software development experience writing production code.
- 3+ years of experience in frontend (React), backend (Java/Python), or data engineering.
- Experience with microservices, containerized/serverless environments, and AWS with infrastructure-as-code.
- Proven ability to integrate AI-powered solutions into software development workflows.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
Nice to have
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or Associate Certification.
- Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with data-intensive applications.
- Background in Manufacturing or Aerospace industries.
