Compensation: $125K – $175K

Titan is building the AI platform for banking – creating secure models, agents, and infrastructure purpose-built for financial services.

What you will do

• Develop and scale products integrating LLMs and ML into banks' workflows
• Design, implement, and scale backend services and APIs for reliability and performance
• Build interfaces and APIs connecting backend to web or mobile clients
• Handle scalability, load balancing, and performance tuning for web server backends

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python backend development (FastAPI preferred; Django or Flask acceptable)
• Experience with TypeScript and React
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
• Proficient with modern CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS
• Experience deploying production apps on AWS or Azure, with Docker and CI/CD
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
• Background working with AI engineers or data science teams
