What you will do

• Partner with senior engineers and AI specialists to design, build, and deploy AI-driven product features.
• Develop and maintain production-grade code for data pipelines, APIs, and autonomous agent workflows.
• Operate within an AI-native development environment, leveraging copilots for coding and testing.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines incorporating human-in-the-loop validation.
• Contribute to rapid prototype and MVP cycles to measure real-world impact.
• Proactively monitor the performance, reliability, and scalability of AI-driven services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming foundations in Java, Python, TypeScript, and/or Go.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs, and AWS.
• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time, permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Hands-on exposure to LLMs or generative AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
