• Create novel interfaces for GenAI agents that manage complex workflows with high inspectability.
• Develop scalable, intuitive, and extensible full-stack solutions to drive user and business growth.
• Partner with product management and design teams to align technical strategy with growth objectives.
• Design and maintain performant systems for end-to-end AI feature development.
• Drive product-led growth through seamless onboarding and sharing capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, or Go.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Proven track record of building and shipping end-to-end generative AI products.
• Deep familiarity with LLMs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt design, and AI monitoring.
• Must be based in New York, USA
