What you will do

• Architect, implement, and maintain core backend services and interacting front-end layers.
• Lead end-to-end system design for new product capabilities from data models to UI.
• Build and optimize distributed systems for high throughput, low latency, and seamless experiences.
• Establish standards for fullstack development, including APIs, components, and deployments.
• Introduce technologies to improve velocity and reliability; evaluate stack performance.
• Partner with product and design; lead cross-team initiatives and develop internal tools.
• Mentor engineers via code reviews, pairing, and design guidance.

Requirements

• 10+ years building production web applications across backend and frontend, with deep backend expertise.
• Strong proficiency with Python, Go, or Typescript, plus modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, etc.).
• Proven ownership of distributed systems, API-driven architectures, and cloud-native services.
• Broad experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Familiarity with relational/NoSQL databases, caching, and data modeling.
• Strong UI architecture and frontend performance knowledge; ability to influence strategy and lead teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
