• Create novel interfaces for GenAI agents that manage complex workflows with inspectability and transparency.
• Partner with product management and design to build intuitive, scalable, and extensible solutions driving growth.
• Lead hands-on full-stack development to create dynamic, user-centric experiences.
• Implement mechanisms for product-led growth, including seamless onboarding and sharing capabilities.
• Direct the future of intuitive agentic applications within the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Establish team-wide and company-wide best practices for building high-value AI products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 10+ years of experience with server-side web technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, or Go.
• Proven experience building and shipping end-to-end generative AI products with a significant UI/UX component.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, VueJs, or Ember.
• Demonstrated product mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous problems into MVPs and iterate based on data.
• High ownership and bias for action in 0-to-1 environments.
