What you will do

• Lead cross-functional technical initiatives from inception to delivery, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Synthesize complex technical and business data to facilitate executive decision-making and prepare briefing materials.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and leadership to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
• Optimize organizational efficiency by improving business rhythms such as goal reviews and QBRs.
• Monitor large-scale technical programs to identify and resolve risks and blockers.
• Transform innovative AI ideas into actionable frameworks and executable project plans.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 10+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work from Seattle, WA, USA.
