What you will do
- Drive end-to-end execution of strategic, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Design, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Translate technical strategy into structured execution plans, defining milestones, success metrics, and measurable business outcomes.
- Identify and resolve execution roadblocks, surfacing risks early and presenting solution paths for leadership decisions.
- Manage complex system, roadmap, and integration dependencies to maintain delivery predictability.
- Facilitate executive governance through decision-ready communications, including status reports and risk summaries.
- Coach teams on planning discipline and continuously improve program management standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex software or platform initiatives.
- Authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage in architecture and system design discussions.
- Experience delivering AI-powered product capabilities, specifically with LLMs and model evaluation frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage dependencies and risk across interconnected enterprise-scale systems.
- Bachelor’s degree.
