Location: Must be based in San Francisco or NYC (Hybrid: 3 days in office). Relocation assistance is provided.

Salary: $216,000 – $240,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own FDE capacity planning, translating pipeline and active project demand into hiring forecasts.
• Run core operating rhythms, including portfolio reviews and quarterly planning, to ensure leadership visibility into risks and priorities.
• Determine staffing for customer engagements across FDE and partner channels based on strategic value and capacity.
• Codify and evolve the FDE operating model to make subsequent deployments easier to scope and deliver.
• Identify and resolve emerging operational bottlenecks to improve execution as the organization scales.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering operations, or business operations supporting technical teams.
• Experience building 0→1 operating mechanisms that scaled technical teams through rapid growth.
• Ability to drive alignment across conflicting priorities and resource tradeoffs toward measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills capable of simplifying complexity for engineering, product, GTM, and executive audiences.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.
• Must be located in or able to relocate to San Francisco or New York City.
