What you will do
- Track and manage active opportunities in the CRM to ensure clear next steps, owners, and updated statuses.
- Follow up with inbound and outbound leads to ensure fast response times and consistent communication.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews between clients and internal talent teams.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather inputs and build proposals and deal artifacts.
- Maintain CRM records and act as the gatekeeper for pipeline data integrity.
- Support newly closed clients to identify opportunities for account expansion and additional roles.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, SDR/BDR roles, or Recruiting Coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining CRM discipline using HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- Professional communication skills in English for effective interaction with clients and teams.
- Ability to work as a full-time contractor.
- Ability to coordinate stakeholders across different time zones.
